What do you sell?

We sell 3D-printed diamond painting tools, craft supplies, diamond art accessories, handmade items, mini diamond painting kits, and unique creative products designed to make crafting easier, cleaner, and more enjoyable.

Are your products 3D printed?

Yes. Many of our products are made using 3D printing. Because of the nature of the process, small layer lines or minor surface variations may be visible. These are normal and do not affect the function of the item.

Are the items handmade?

Yes. Our 3D-printed and handmade items are produced, inspected, cleaned up, and packed by hand. Each item may have slight differences, especially with color, texture, or finish.

What material do you use?

Most 3D-printed items are printed using PLA, PETG, or similar 3D-printing materials. Material choice depends on the product and its intended use.

If a product needs extra strength, heat resistance, or flexibility, the material will usually be listed on the product page.

Can I request a custom color?

Yes, custom colors may be available depending on current filament stock. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific color.

Some colors may require extra processing time or an additional cost.

Can you make custom designs?

Yes, we can take custom requests depending on the complexity of the design. Send us a message with what you need, including measurements, photos, sketches, or a clear description.

Custom design work may require a design fee before printing.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most made-to-order items ship in about 2 weeks. Some specialty products, kits, or larger items may have a longer processing time listed directly on the product page.

Please check the product page for the most accurate ship time before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the product and shipping method. Many items show an estimated delivery time of 5–7 days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because many Cosmic Crafts items are handmade, 3D-printed, or made to order, returns may be limited.

If anything arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, we’ll replace it.

What is not covered?

We do not cover change of mind after purchase, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or normal wear and tear after use.

Can 3D-printed items melt in heat?

Yes. Some 3D-printed plastics, especially PLA, can soften or warp if left in hot environments such as a car, near a heater, or in direct sun for too long.

Do not expose your item to high heat unless the product page says it is heat-resistant.

Are your products safe for pets or children?

Some products may contain small parts or sharp edges depending on the design. Please use common sense and supervise children or pets around small 3D-printed or handmade items.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders may be available depending on the item and quantity needed. Contact us with the product, quantity, deadline, and any customization requests.

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I cancel my order?

Because many items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

Photos are examples of the product. Small differences in color, texture, layer lines, or finish can happen due to the 3D-printing process, lighting, handmade production, and material variations.
