Please allow 2 weeks to process your order. We spend time making each hand making orders and packing them carefully, and most ship before this time frame. Expect an email within 2 weeks to let you know your order is on the way!

                                                  FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks using USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days) or UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) for domestic customers; USPS Priority International Mail (6-10 Business Days) or UPS Worldwide (5-12 Business Days). Flat rate shipping fee of $17 applies to orders shipping to Canada. Flat rate shipping fee of $35 applies to orders shipping to United Kingdom. 
                             

                               DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer flat rate shipping to United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Flat rate brackets depend on total order weight. 
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50 and free international shipping on orders over $100. 

For international customers making orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cosmic Crafts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

                                     

Made-to-Order Promise

Every item from Cosmic Crafts is 3D-printed or handmade to order. Because of this unique process, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of every product we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact us at cosmiccraftsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll send out a replacement right away.

What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.
