Made-to-Order Promise

Every item from Cosmic Crafts is 3D-printed or handmade to order. Because of this unique process, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

All Products Are Final Sale

Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of every product we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact us at cosmiccraftsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll send out a replacement right away.

What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period For UK/EU  Regardless of our made-to-order process, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification. There will be no restocking fee but customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Canada/Austrailia All Product Sales are Final. No Returns  or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind.
