Copyright, intellectual property, and artwork permissions:

We do not use or reproduce copyrighted material, protected intellectual property (IP), or another artist’s work without express permission from the copyright owner or authorized rights holder.

This includes protected characters, logos, illustrations, and existing artwork. Images found online, on Pinterest, or on social media are not automatically available for us to reproduce. Purchasing an image or a finished diamond painting does not necessarily include reproduction rights.

Please submit only images you own or have permission to have reproduced. We may request written proof of permission and may decline requests where the necessary rights cannot be verified. References may help communicate a general theme, palette, or mood, but we will not copy another artist’s work.

How to order:

Select your orientation and drill shape and enhancements, then describe your vision in the customization box. Include your main subject, preferred colors, setting, style, must-have details, and anything to avoid.

We’ll send your artwork preview to your checkout email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. Some reasonable adjustments are included; major concept changes or many repeated revisions may require an additional fee.

Approval and production:

Review the entire mockup carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors, composition, and important details. Mockup approval is final artwork approval. A subsequent chart/render shows how the approved image translates into drill color and is not another artwork approval stage.

These kits are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing. Shipping time is separate and additional. Artwork revisions or delayed approval may extend the timeline.

Arrival before January 1, 2027 is not guaranteed. Please allow time for both production and transit when ordering for an event or gift.

Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once artwork creation begins. Changes are unavailable once production starts, and personalized kits cannot be returned for a change of mind.  If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing supplies, please contact us so we can help.

Screen colors, printed canvas colors, and finished drills may vary slightly. The completed artwork will have a sparkling mosaic appearance.

Produced and shipped directly by our trusted manufacturing partner, with Cosmic Crafts supporting your order throughout the process.
