Your Artwork Will Be Completely Unique

This deal does not use a premade image that dozens of other customers can purchase.

We will generate an original design specifically for you based on the information you provide.

We will use your ideas to develop a one-of-a-kind image designed specifically for the Mega Challenge canvas dimensions.

5. You Receive a Digital Preview

A digital artwork or render preview will be sent to the email address used during checkout before the kit enters production.

6. Approve Your Design

Review the preview carefully and let us know whether it is approved.

One reasonable adjustment is included when needed. This may include a small color, crop, positioning, or detail adjustment.

Completely changing the original concept, requesting an entirely new image, or making repeated major revisions may require an additional design fee.

7. Your Kit Goes Into Production

Once approved, your exclusive Mega Drill Challenge kit will be produced and shipped directly to you.

Customization Box Instructions

Where should the subject be, and what type of scene should surround it?

3. Preferred colors:
List your favorite colors or the color palette you want used.

4. Art style:
Examples include realistic, fantasy, gothic, whimsical, colorful, celestial, spooky, elegant, cute, or dramatic.

5. Special details:
List any specific objects, symbols, names, dates, clothing, flowers, animals, or effects you would like included.

6. Avoid:
Tell us about anything you definitely do not want in the design.

Please be as descriptive as possible while still allowing our artist creative freedom to make the design flow properly.

Artwork and Design Notes

Generated artwork may not perfectly reproduce a specific person, pet, copyrighted character, celebrity, logo, or existing piece of artwork.

This special is intended for creating a new, original design inspired by your personal ideas—not for copying another artist’s work.

We may decline requests involving copyrighted characters, brand logos, celebrity likenesses, or artwork that we cannot legally reproduce.

Colors may appear slightly different between the digital preview, your screen, the printed canvas, and the finished drills.

Diamond paintings are created using small colored drills, so the completed piece will have a sparkling mosaic-style appearance rather than the smooth appearance of a digital image.

Preview and Approval Policy

A digital preview is included with every Mega Drills Challenge order.

Please review your preview carefully.

One reasonable adjustment is included when needed. Major concept changes, completely new artwork requests, repeated revisions, or changes made after approval may require an additional fee.

Once your design has been approved and entered production, further changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of sending the preview, we may move the approved-style design into production to prevent a major delay.

Processing Time

These kits are made specifically for each customer and require time for:

• Artwork creation
• Digital rendering
• Customer approval
• Canvas production
• Enhancement drill preparation
• Packaging and shipment

Estimated processing time is approximately 21–28 days after design approval, although we will always aim to complete your kit sooner when possible.

Shipping time is separate and will depend on your location and the shipping method available during checkout.

Please do not order this kit for a birthday, holiday, event, or deadline unless you have allowed enough time for artwork creation, approval, production, and shipping.

This is a personalized, made-to-order product.

Because your artwork and kit are created specifically for you:

• Orders cannot be canceled once artwork creation has begun.
• Orders cannot be canceled after approval or production.
• Finished custom kits cannot be returned because you changed your mind.
• Changes requested after approval may not be possible.
• Shipping is charged separately.
